Since 1958, our little shop has been serving up the classics Carlisle knows and loves—crispy pizza piled high with flavor and hearty “New England Style” subs made just the way they’ve always been. What began as a neighborhood spot has grown into a local tradition, built on simple ingredients, long hours, and a love of great food shared with friends and family.
